Morley Goldberg

President

Morley Goldberg is the President of Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors, which he founded in 1999. He is a Portfolio Manager/Investment Strategist. He strongly believes in our mission to help our clients succeed in achieving and maintaining their desired lifestyle.

Morley started his investment career in 1969 as an Account Executive with the firm of Clark Dodge & Co. and later with Tucker Anthony and R.L. Day, in 1972. Later he joined the investment firm of Delafield, Harvey, Tabell in 1976, where he completed the development of his research product for institutional investors: Input Analysis for Portfolio Managers. In 1979 he joined Moore & Schley, where he marketed his Input Analysis service to portfolio managers throughout the country. In 1985 Morley founded and directed the firm’s investment advisory division, Moore & Schley Asset Management. In 1990 he merged Moore & Schley into Matrix Asset Advisors.

Morley graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the City University of New York and received a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University.

Morley is a member of the Investment Policy Committee. Since 2006, he has been on the Board of Trustees of The SAMFund, currently still serves as an advisor to the Charity Fund.

Morley is an avid pickleball player and was a gold medal winner in the 2021 New Jersey Senior Olympics. He enjoys playing pickleball with his six grandchildren.

Adam Goldberg, Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors, Managing Director

Adam Goldberg

Managing Director

Adam Goldberg is a co-founder and Managing Director of Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors. He is responsible for managing the fixed income portfolios and overseeing the portfolio equity management for the firm.

Adam has over 30 years of investment management experience running the equity and fixed income trading desks.

Adam started his career in the investment business in 1992 with PaineWebber, and in 1995 he joined Matrix Asset Advisors as the fixed income trader and portfolio manager.

Adam graduated cum laude from Towson State University. Adam is a member of the Investment Policy Committee.

Stacy Goldstein, Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors, Vice President

Stacy Goldstein

Vice President

Stacy Goldstein is the Vice President of Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors. She is responsible for the financial and operational needs of the company and oversees the day-to-day management of the firm. Stacy joined Dumont & Blake in 2001 as Operations Manager and assumed the responsibilities of Chief Operations Officer in 2006. She truly values that the Dumont & Blake team share the same goals, treating clients like family focused on serving their needs.

Stacy has over 30 years of experience in management, client service and direct marketing. Stacy started her career working on Wall Street for financial institutions in the brokerage industry. Prior to joining Dumont & Blake, Stacy served as the Key Account Manager for Weber Scientific in Robbinsville, NJ.

Stacy has been a volunteer with Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County since 2013. She believes in the mission of neighbors helping neighbors.

Stacy enjoys the outdoors, and spends her time at the beach, biking, and skiing.

Marc Luciani, AIF®

Financial Advisor/Portfolio Manager

Marc Luciani is a Financial Advisor/Portfolio Manager at Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors. He joined the firm in January 2022.

Marc brings over 12 years of experience as a Financial Advisor. He previously served as Vice President and Financial Advisor at Covered Bridge Advisors. He spent over 10 years at Merrill Lynch and UBS and has worked as a Financial Analyst at Bloomberg.

Marc obtained his degree in Political Science from Duquesne University in 2004 and has spent most of his career in the Finance industry. He obtained his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation in 2016.

Marc enjoys working with non-profits and donating time to his community. He is an active member with the Newtown Rotary, and he sits on the Board of Directors at Potential, Inc., dedicated to helping children and adults with autism.

Susan McKinlay

Client Services Specialist

Susan is the Client Services Specialist at Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors. She joined Dumont & Blake in 2005 and is the point of contact for all aspects of our superior client service. Susan places her greatest emphasis on providing an exceptional experience to all our clients. She truly values the relationships she has fostered with all of the clients she serves at Dumont & Blake.

Susan has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to working at Dumont & Blake she served as Operations Administrator at Mercadien Asset Management.

Susan graduated from Lynchburg College in 1983 and began her career in institutional taxable fixed income sales at Drexel Burnham Lambert, PaineWebber and Sanwa-BGK Securities.

Until recently, Susan was a member of the United States Pony Club and was Regional Secretary for its New Jersey Region. She enjoys relaxing at home with her dog and four cats.

R. Dawson Smith

Managing Director

Dawson Smith is a Managing Director at Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors.

Dawson has over 30 years of investment management experience. Prior to joining Dumont & Blake in 2003, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager with JPMorgan Private Bank in New York City where he was a valued member of the equity strategy committee. Earlier at JPMorgan and Chase Bank, Dawson was responsible for over $700 million in trust, investment management, pension, and retirement assets. Prior to that, Dawson was with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company for ten years.

Dawson has always valued putting the client first and assuring that the client is comfortable in terms of risk and goal setting.

Joann Tarateta

Operations Manager

Joann is the Operations Manager at Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintaining our portfolio software system. Here she discovered her passion for creating more efficient, organizational flow for day-to-day processes and formalizing standard operating procedures. She enjoys our team approach, values the friendships and closeness that is shared.

For more than 30 years, Joann has had a career in the financial services industry. Before joining our team in 2002, she worked for Goldman Sachs in their Fixed Income Operation Division.

In her spare time, she is an active member of Quilt of Valor, whose mission is to cover Service Members and Veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilt of Valor.

Irene Voronoff, CMT

Technical Market Analyst, Equity Trader

Irene is a Technical Market Analyst and Equity Trader at Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors. She joined Dumont & Blake in 2008 and performs technical analysis of capital markets and individual securities, implements strategic investment decisions throughout client portfolios, generates portfolio analytics and performance attributions.

Irene has over 20 years of experience in portfolio management. Prior to joining Dumont & Blake, Irene was associated with Amivest Capital Management Asset Builder, a division of North Fork Bank, where she worked as Portfolio Administrator, Research Analyst, Performance Analyst and Portfolio Manager.

Irene was born and raised in Ukraine, where she received a combined Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Engineering from the State University of Kyiv. She moved to the United States with her family in 1990. Being a first-generation American and understanding the feeling of financial insecurity, she decided to pursue a career in finance to help people achieve financial independence.

Irene’s is a member of the Market Technicians Association and a holder of Chartered Market Technician designation. She believes her former engineering experience with tables and drawings helps her better understand the probable changes in market directions through charts and market indicators.

Growing up behind the Iron Curtain, Irene thought her dreams of seeing the world might never materialize, but now she enjoys world travel. She enjoys alternating traditional itineraries of seeing the treasures of Louvre in Paris and listening to “Magic Flute” in Vienna Opera House with adventurous exploits like walking with lions in Africa and swimming with blacktip sharks off the coast of Maldives.
